The room was comfortable, a good size, with a good view and there were plenty of plugs and the heating system was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very efficient. The location of hotel was very good. The breakfast area was lovely with great views. The quality of the breakfast was very good although the hot food could have been hotter.

First of all, the size of the room was ideal. View was great. Enough storage space for 1 and the fact that no one from the outside can access the rooms easily, making it more safe. Also, soundproof, barely heard anything. Lastly, the location was efficient as to where u can access loads of areas in a close proximity.

I loved the room, the hotel is in a perfect location at the heart of Canary Wharf and super close to the stations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and very clean as well, and the rooms are very comfortable. If you are very picky when it comes to cleanliness then this hotel is perfect because the rooms are spotless and the room service staff really clean them up very well daily.

Firstly, I would like to thank your hotel for the wonderful stay I had. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Ms. Alina, whose treatment was exceptionally friendly and professional. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable with her attention to detail. My stay at the hotel was more enjoyable because of her dedication, and I will always remember this positive experience. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an excellent stay, and I hope to return in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel where we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Louise. She truly went above and beyond for us, especially since it was my boyfriend's birthday. To our delightful surprise, she offered us a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. Louise's kindness and attention to detail added a personal touch to our experience, and we couldn't be more grateful. The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, but it'd be more beneficial if they get more training. I get the feeling that they were new. The view was beautiful and peaceful. The desk was nice and convenient for working. Good lighting in the room. Love the ironing board and the corner table and sofa. Good tea selection.

The Novotel was brilliant my sister and I frequently stay in Novotels however this was our first experience at Novotel canary wharf. I have to say we were impressed. The facilities were brilliant we didn't have enough time to use the gym or pool however we did use the bar and paid for breakfast. It was perfect. The lovely lady down by the lobby desk who checked us it gave us all the information we needed she was very helpful and kind. The people at breakfast were lovely as well and 1 of the men at the bar was always polite and smiling. We had an amazing room which I hope we are lucky enough to get again. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will be coming back again in May for another concert. I would definitely recommend this hotel and this will not be our last stay. Thank you Novotel once again.

My partner and I stayed the night of new year, and it was all we could ask for and more! The location was amazing! Stunning views of the skyline in London. It was our two year anniversary and the staffed welcomed us with a smile, a room with a view, a card, and even Prosecco! The bed was very comfortable and a nice sized bathroom.
